Coaching

We offer coaching as a stand alone service or in conjunction with our hypnotherapy services.  You can schedule personal consultations with me as you initiate new changes in your life.  When making big like changes, it is great to have someone in your corner offering support.  Coaching is brief and focused on getting you solutions!!!
